Global Youth Energised has been established to Encourage Youth to Believe in Themselves and make a difference in their world. Statistics that prompted this action include a perception that youth are now more unmotivated, self-absorbed and lacking initiative. This group however new this from personal experience to be incorrect and youth or young adults needed different nurturing, healthy & wise role models and clear boundaries and most of all believing in themselves with clear boundaries, expectations and healthy rewards or shall be truly honest to call it acceptance or love of who they are.

Vision
GYE has been established to foster, encourage, identify, promote, develop and champion youth and young adults to achieve a habit of being committed to using their gifts and talents to experience making a real difference for others in the world and thereby become Gold Star Winners. As young person become successful then their achievements may well be a story on GYE as role models for others to also aspire to make a difference.
Target Group
Global Youth Energised is open for all males and females regardless of nationality, ethnicity, faith or belief and for ages of 10 years old to 30 years old including young people, young adults, youths, teens to twenty-something plus.
GYE has titled this membership as YOUPRENEURS and recognises that this group as being inventive, resourceful, stretching the accepted boundaries and limitations, problem-solvers and innovative.
Community + Funding
GYE is a non-profit organisation established for the growth of members to reach their individual potential focusing on maximising the effectiveness of their gifts and talents with a commitment to social enterprise and community improvement for all with no limitation to scope and purpose. Initial three years of funding will be sought through Investors, Crowd Funding Applications and Philanthropists from local and global sources.

It does not take very much evaluation to identify that regular news sources and media outlets use an established process of focusing on sensationally poor taste or uninspiring news sources to sensationalise established issues and especially allocate to youth a negative brand. Media, in fact, will deliberately ignore or overlook great motivational youth events or activities to focus on matters of civil mayhem.
